Commercial Models

Commercial models aligned to your budget and refresh cycle.

We model the same device scope across purchase, operating lease and DaaS structures so the commercial decision can be based on cash flow, lifecycle and service scope rather than hardware price alone.

Business value

What the service delivers.

Like-for-like cost comparison

The same device mix, term and service scope are modeled side by side so the comparison between structures remains transparent.

Lifecycle cost planning

Hardware, management, support and AppleCare can be combined into a periodic commercial model, subject to proposal and eligibility.

End-of-term planning

Return, buy-out, extension or refresh options are defined as part of the structure so the end of term does not become a separate project.

Trade-In integration

Value recovered from the existing fleet can offset part of the refresh cost, subject to the actual Trade-In valuation.

Process

How we implement it.

Scope

Define users, roles, standard configurations, term and target refresh date.

Value the current fleet

Run a Trade-In assessment where existing hardware is being replaced.

Compare structures

Model CAPEX, lease and DaaS using the same assumptions.

Commercial and credit approval

Financing is subject to the financing partner’s approval and final transaction terms.

Operate and refresh

Manage delivery, payment schedule, end-of-term options and refresh according to the agreement.

Frequently asked questions

Is the website calculator a binding quotation?
No. The calculator is indicative only. A binding quotation depends on the device mix, term, service scope, Trade-In valuation, financing-partner terms and credit approval.
Can support be included in the monthly model?
Yes, depending on the structure. A DaaS proposal can combine hardware with management, AppleCare, support and loaner services as defined in the final quotation.
What happens if headcount changes during the term?
Devices can be added or removed subject to the agreement. Expansion mechanics, pricing and terms are defined in the applicable quotation or contract.
Financing terms
Financing is subject to credit approval and financing-partner terms. Accounting and tax treatment is determined by the customer and its advisers; ZYS does not provide accounting or tax advice.
